Production Team Leader

Job Title: Production Team Lead - $24 to $27 AN HOUR The Team Leader will act as the front line supervisor in the production process, ensuring that production is completed efficiently within their area of responsibility. They will collaborate with other team leaders to meet production goals and ship dates, while guiding employees to develop their skills and enhance team performance. Responsibilities Supervise the production process in the assigned area. Coordinate with other team leaders to achieve production goals and meet ship dates. Guide and develop employee skills to strengthen team performance. Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols. Manage inventory and oversee quality control measures. Essential Skills Experience in team leadership. Proficiency in production management and supervision. Knowledge of hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong carpentry and woodworking skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in cabinet building. Order management skills. Coaching and training capabilities. HR training program participation. Proficiency in continuous improvement strategies. Why Work Here? Candidates will undergo drug testing and physical examinations. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with overtime on Friday starting at 7:00 AM until completion. Employees receive two 15‑minute breaks and a half‑hour lunch. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sioux Falls, SD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $49,920.00 – $56,160.00 per year.
