BDC Representative
$45k - $60kCarter Myers Automotive Group is seeking a BDC Representative to join our Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries to generate appointments and support vehicle sales and service. You'll qualify leads, update the CRM, and provide clear, professional communication that reflects our customer-first culture. Working in a collaborative, growth-focused environment, you'll gain automotive industry expertise while helping drive traffic to our Virginia dealerships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on internet leads, campaigns, and past customers
- Qualify prospects, gather key customer information, and schedule sales and service appointments
- Accurately document all interactions and opportunities in the CRM system
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth handoff and excellent customer experience
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly contact, appointment, and conversion goals
- Maintain strong product and promotion knowledge for multiple dealership locations
- Deliver professional, courteous, and solution-focused communication at all times
- Support dealership marketing and retention campaigns as needed
- Contribute to a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused culture
