Bilingual Agency Office assistant
Position DetailsPosition Type: Part-time (20 - 30 hours/week)
Compensation: $15 - $17 USD/Hour
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Role Responsibilities- Welcome and assist clients professionally
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and support office operations
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records
- Learn agency systems, products, and procedures
- Assist licensed agents while preparing for your own career growth
