I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of nine. I've been with State Farm for more than 48 years, building a career centered on helping customers and developing strong teams. Outside of work, I'm married and start most mornings with a game of pickleball. Giving back to the community is important to me. Our agency enjoys participating in local events and supporting community initiatives that make a positive impact where we live and work. As a Customer Service Representative with R J Bergstrom - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer customer inquiries and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Dedicated to customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
