Physical Therapist (PT)

Position Physical Therapist – Full-time, in facility, reporting to Director of Rehab. Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Design and implement individualized treatment programs. Educate patients and caregivers on self‑care and independence skills. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and refer appropriately. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory standards. Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice. Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent credentials with proven experience. At least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience for bachelor’s holders.
