Quality Assistant

Description Check your NetSuite dashboard for daily work orders submitted to QA ready for inspection. Responsible for outgoing QA and QC of all products before shipment, looking for any nonconformances. Assists in investigating non-conformance issues or discrepant materials. Audit work order entries in our company ERP system (NetSuite). Review work order folders for completeness and accuracy. Follow the VRMA processes by preparing Non-Conformance Reports and Supporting Documentation for non-conforming material. Assist receiving inspection as needed with testing, assembly, and mechanical inspection. Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned. Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-driven administrative, operations support, or QA/production environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workplace is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
