Job Title: Stacker
Location: Brighton, MI 48116
Duration: 03 Months (Possible Temp to hire)
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM Mon-Fri Sat as required Job Description:
The Stacker performs duties to inspect and pack product from the production lines. They may also be responsible for finishing the pallet for transportation and storage into finished goods. The Stacker is responsible for maintaining housekeeping for the area and to follow all safety rules. Essential Functions:
Stacks and packs product to specific criteria from the production lines onto pallets and within established productivity guidelines.
Perform visual quality verification to assess customer specification are met.
Periodically inspect product using required tools.
Completes appropriate paperwork for production, product identification, and quality purposes.
Communicates with other operators regarding order status, construction, and quality.
Assists other operators by strapping skids and cleaning skids from work area using pallet jacks.
Follows all safety rules, wear required personal protective equipment, and participate in hazard recognition.
Assist other team members with production line operations as needed, with appropriate training.
Maintains housekeeping in the area by clearing scrap material, sweeping, and removing debris.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Production or assembling experience preferred. Reasonable Accommodation Statement:
