What You'll Do:

• Provide critical nursing care across various ICU units, including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, SICU, and Burn ICU
• Float between ICU units as needed, maintaining high standards of patient care
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses, administer medications, and update patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Respond to emergencies promptly and effectively
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety, and infection control standards

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience with recent clinical practice
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; CPI & CCRN preferred
• Ability to float to various ICU units and handle a fast-paced environment
