Senior Immunology Sales Specialist, Rheumatology (Chicago North, IL) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Immunology Sales Specialist to drive sales of immunology products in the Rheumatology space across the Chicago North territory. The role involves presenting clinical and business information to healthcare professionals, executing marketing strategies, and building customer relationships to support treatment adoption.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales objectives by presenting clinical and business information on immunology products to healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Execute franchise and brand strategy within specialty medical practices, hospitals, clinics, and health plans in assigned territory
- Influence key decision makers through clinical expertise and effective selling to drive product adoption
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies while collaborating with internal teams
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare provider system leaders to build customer loyalty and support business results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Three or more years direct selling experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, device, or healthcare industry
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel and relocate as needed
- Experience selling injectable or infused products
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or rheumatology field
- Ability to manage complex reimbursement issues
