Case Manager/Housing Facilitator

About the Job Seeking: Case Manager / Housing Facilitator Location: East Downtown Houston Area Pay: $26.00 per hour | Weekly Pay Schedule: Full-Time | 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM Weekends Required: Saturday & Sunday (Two Weekdays Off) Employment Type: Contract Opportunity Help Young Adults Build Stable Futures Openwork is hiring an experienced Case Manager / Housing Facilitator to support young adults (ages 18-24) as they work toward stable housing and independent living. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping individuals access housing, community resources, and ongoing support. What You'll Do:
- Assist clients with housing searches, lease applications, and move-ins.
- Help participants with housing vouchers and required documentation.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized service plans.
- Provide ongoing case management and support.
- Maintain accurate case notes and client documentation.
- Connect clients with community resources and partner agencies.
- Build relationships with landlords and housing providers.
- Participate in program activities and client engagement efforts.
- 2+ years of case management experience required.
- Experience with housing programs, supportive housing, housing navigation, or housing vouchers required.
- Experience working with young adults or social service programs preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, or a related field required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate documentation.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- $26.00 per hour with weekly pay.
