Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital environment is required.
• Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled interventions for adult and geriatric patients.
• Client requirement: willingness to provide late-day coverage (closing shifts) as part of the weekly schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift schedule includes Monday and Wednesday 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; two late days (7:00 PM closing) are required each week.
• No call requirement.
• Position is based in Chicago Heights, IL and may require floating to other nearby sites as needed.
