You'll gain hands-on experience caring for patients with acute coronary syndrome, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmias, heart failure, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary hypertension, vascular disease, and complex pulmonary conditions. • 12-hour shifts | Every 3rd weekend | Two holidays per year
• 3:00 AM - 3:00 PM | 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM | 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a high-acuity cardiac telemetry environment
• Continuously monitor patients and recognize changes in condition
• Use strong clinical judgment and critical thinking to respond to changes in patient status
• Care for patients recovering from cardiac, vascular, and pulmonary procedures
• Manage patients with complex cardiac and pulmonary conditions
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and promote patient safety and quality outcomes
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Patients You'll Care For Gain experience with complex conditions including:

• Acute coronary syndrome and myocardial infarction

What We're Looking For

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
• Active Wisconsin and/or Michigan RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• ACLS certification required within six months of hire
• Strong commitment to teamwork, continuous learning, and exceptional patient care
