$16 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices with precision, ensuring timely payments and maintaining our reputation for financial accuracy.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions to support the seamless flow of our financial operations.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve invoice discrepancies, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Maintain organized records of financial documents, contributing to our legacy of meticulous craftsmanship.
• Assist in month-end closing processes, ensuring our financial statements reflect our commitment to transparency.
• Communicate effectively with vendors to build and maintain strong relationships, embodying our customer service excellence.
• Support the finance team in audits by providing accurate and timely information, reinforcing our standards of integrity.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounts payable or a related financial role, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing vendor invoices.
• Ability to reconcile accounts payable transactions, supporting the seamless flow of financial operations.
• Proven track record of maintaining organized financial records, contributing to a legacy of meticulous craftsmanship.
