A YEAR OF STEADY WORK. ONE JOBSITE. DOWNTOWN KINGSPORT.
10 carpenters needed. $18–$32/hr. Journeymen AND apprentices.

No chasing jobs. No two-week gaps. No living out of a motel three counties over. One historic building restoration in downtown Kingsport, and twelve solid months of work on it.

METAL STUD & STICK FRAMING

IF YOU'RE A JOURNEYMAN:
✅ Proven metal stud & stick framing experience
✅ Read prints and run your own work
✅ Your own hand tools
✅ 2 professional references we can actually reach

IF YOU'RE AN APPRENTICE:
✅ Some framing time under your belt — we'll build on it
✅ Basic hand tools and a willingness to learn the rest
✅ Someone who'll vouch for you
✅ You show up. Every day. On time.

⭐ LEADMAN POSITION AVAILABLE
If you've run crews before and can push production without running guys off, say so in your resume. Top of the scale and first pick of the work.

THE PAY IS UP TO YOU.
$18 to $32 an hour is a wide range on purpose. Experience, tools, attitude, dependability — it all counts. Come in green and hungry, we'll bring you up. Come in seasoned and prove it, you'll get paid like it.
