The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in overseeing a medium-sized team of 6-15 people, ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent customer service. This role supports the management team by handling scheduling, inventory, and sales support while fostering a productive and motivated workforce.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of 6-15 employees
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Create and manage staff schedules effectively
- Oversee inventory control and restocking processes
- Assist in driving sales initiatives and achieving targets
- Conduct training sessions and onboard new team members
- Prepare and maintain operational reports
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy and security
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a management role
