As Senior Manager of Product Management, you'll own the L&D product strategy and roadmap — setting direction, tracking outcomes against a measurable business case, and bringing senior stakeholders a clear point of view on where to invest next. This is a role for a PM ready to connect learning priorities across Talent, Performance, and business strategy — and to lead with evidence and a defined recommendation, not just a set of options.
