Role Description The Chief Financial Officer at Youtech is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Chicago Area, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees all financial operations of the agency, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning to support sustainable growth. The CFO will lead the finance team, develop and maintain robust financial controls, and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial performance, guiding strategic investment decisions, managing relationships with banks and external partners, and optimizing capital structure. The CFO will collaborate closely with senior leaders across departments to align financial strategies with business goals, support data-driven decision-making, and help scale the organization while maintaining transparency and accountability.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Finance, with demonstrated experience in senior financial leadership roles (e.g., CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent) within high-growth or agency environments.
- Expertise in Financial Planning and budgeting, including long-term forecasting, resource allocation, and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Proficiency in preparing, interpreting, and presenting Financial Statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Financial Reporting and performance dashboards, providing clear, timely insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in managing cash flow, capital structure, and banking relationships; experience with M&A, PE-backed environments, or rapid growth organizations is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
