The position entails working with a group of internal and external Stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will require the independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload.Your day-to-day tasks will include:Support project executives on multiple projects and assignmentsOn site presence 4-5 days per weekDevelop scope, schedule and budget for assigned projectsIdentify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget and scopeCreate, coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (“RFPs”)Interact and negotiate with contractors and vendorsPrepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financialsActively track project schedule against critical path to identify riskCoordinate the activities of vendors and contractors based on scope and schedule, inclusive of critical support spacesDemonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all Project Development Services technology as required for assigned projects.Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.Required QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED equivalent​Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in project managementDemonstrated track record of successfully delivering complex commercial construction projects across a wide array of project types ranging from office space to manufacturing facilitiesStrong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and materialsProficiency in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentationKnowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and local jurisdictional regulationsFamiliarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processesAbility to prepare and track budgets, forecasts, schedules, and project risk assessmentsAbility to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team or independent environmentOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team membersProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Project Management ApplicationsWillingness to travel approximately 20-30%Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline)LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certificationAIA (American Institute of Architects) professional membership or credentialsPE (Professional Engineer) licensePMP (Project Management Professional) certificationThis position does not provide visa sponsorship.
