The Machine Setup Operator will primarily work with CNC machines within a small team of 2-5 members during the day shift. This role involves setting up, calibrating, and operating machines to ensure efficient production while supporting basic maintenance tasks and troubleshooting minor issues to maintain optimal machine performance.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines following safety and quality guidelines
- Set up and calibrate machines for production runs
- Support minor repairs and adjustments to maintain machine functionality
- Perform basic cleaning and upkeep of machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve common machine issues
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in machine operation
