Imaging production associate

We are seeking detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our team as Imaging Production Associates. In this role, you'll play a critical part in converting physical documents into secure digital records using advanced scanning technology.

Location Tampa, FL 33614 (Onsite)

Schedule Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Compensation $21.83/hour total

• $16.74 base pay
• $5.09/hour fringe benefit

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate advanced robotic scanning equipment while ensuring document security
• Sort, label, and prepare paper records for high-speed digital conversion
• Track and document inventory accurately
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills (Word, spreadsheets, general navigation)
• Ability to pass a typing assessment (minimum 30 WPM / 95% accuracy)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs with assistance
• Must be a u.s. citizen or permanent resident
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to obtain Federal "Staff-Like Access" security clearance after hire
