Associate Director, Generative AI

Role: Associate Director, Generative AI at Gilead, responsible for leading AI and Gen AI initiatives within commercial functions to enhance marketing, sales, and strategy across G9 countries. Responsibilities:

act as product owner for AI features, drive rapid prototyping including proof-of-concepts and pilots, partner with IT for solution deployment, and support AI governance aligned with regulatory and ethical standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop cross-functional AI use cases, ensure scalability, and promote best practices in AI and data science. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 10+ years, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with 6+ years in data science, AI, or related fields; proven success deploying Gen AI solutions in commercial settings; expertise in large language models, cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and familiarity with AI regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, EU AI Act). Skills:

Skills include strong communication, influencing senior management, and program delivery. Preferred:
