Starting September 8, 2026, and extending through June 10, 2027, you'll be instrumental in fostering student growth and independence within the school setting. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating inclusive educational environments and eager to utilize their expertise in occupational therapy.


Qualifications:

• Valid and active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
• Strongly prefer prior experience in a school-based setting
• Proficient in delivering OT services to students from varied backgrounds and with diverse needs
• Solid communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized intervention programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 40 students, providing assessments, interventions, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators and families to support students' individual educational goals
• Develop treatment plans and accommodations in compliance with IEPs
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide consultative support and professional insights to school staff
