Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as an Occupational Therapist serving diverse school settings in the vibrant Eden Prairie, MN area. Multiple positions are available, including two full-time openings and one long-term substitute role for the first few months (exact dates to be determined). Begin your impact at the start of the school year on 9/8/26, supporting students through 6/10/27 by helping them achieve greater independence and participation in their educational environments.

What you’ll bring:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in Minnesota
• Experience in school settings, working collaboratively as part of a team
• Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic interventions for students ages 4–18
• Ability to adapt your approach to meet diverse student needs within a setting for children requiring higher levels of support
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Core responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 20–40 students within a setting 4 student population
• Support students’ skill development in fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive techniques
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and function as a key team member in developing student goals and strategies
• Complete timely evaluations and maintain clear progress monitoring
• Work within a single assigned building, as the needs are situated at South, North, Ann Bremer, or West Education Centers

This is a contract position for 37.5 hours per week, designed to offer structure and consistency for both you and your students. You’ll be valued for your expertise and have the chance to collaborate with a dedicated, multidisciplinary staff in a supportive school setting.
