responsibilities:

• Produce and analyze fluorescent protein-based products to consistently meet customer requirements and production timelines.
• Purify and analyze fluorescent dye-labeled antibodies and biomolecules using HPLC, FPLC, and gravimetric separation techniques.
• Analyze and interpret complex scientific data using specialized technical expertise.
• Maintain professional communication across cross-functional teams to support business goals.
• Ensure all work aligns with departmental standards for safety, quality, and timely delivery.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Proficiency in general chemical and biological lab techniques, including antibody handling, UV-vis spectroscopy, and pipetting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills paired with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience with bioconjugation chemistry.
