Job Description We are looking for a highly qualified and certified CDJR Hybrid Technician to join our team and support the needs of our customers.. Responsibilities Accurately diagnoses customer concerns Properly repairs vehicles Performs thorough multi-point inspections Records accurate brake and tire measurements Maintains a clean work area Delivers customers’ cars in better condition than when they arrived Reports any safety or efficiency concerns to management Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate’s degree in Automotive Technology or Trade School Certification desired At least four years of shop experience Manufacturer training desired Must have a professional set of tools necessary for this position Valid driver's license Available to work Monday through Saturday Dedicated to excellence Excellent communication skills, verbal and written The Technician Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $33.00 to $40.00. Flat Rate incentive may be available and could range from $70.00 to $80.00 dependent on certifications held. The position also may pay a production bonus on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmark is not met) without a fixed upper limit.
