RN, Clinical Risk Coordinator

Location: Medical Center-Prosper Department: Administration-Nursing Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Overview The advanced-level Clinical Risk Coordinator leads the department’s risk management strategy. This level provides expert guidance on risk mitigation, oversees risk-related initiatives, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university. 5 years’ minimum experience in a healthcare setting. 2 years’ experience in healthcare risk management, accreditation, quality improvement or patient safety, including project management or leadership experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point). Proficient in incident management software. Expertise managing complex projects. Licensure, Registration, & Certification Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas or minimally required experience in a healthcare setting.
