Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Room care for a travel assignment in Santa Fe, NM. This role offers an opportunity to work in an environment where you will coordinate and implement patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the assigned units.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse

• Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs.
• Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends that require intervention.
• Develop and implement a measurable, individualized plan of care for patients.
• Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretations of facts and evaluations of patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient/significant other health education and discharge planning.
• Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs.
• Perform various Point of Care testing procedures.

Requirements of the Registered Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nursing.
• Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certifications required.
• CPI/De-Escalation Certification preferred.
• Experience: All newly hired nurses with two or less years will be hired in at a CN I status.
