Senior RGM Analyst

Senior Revenue Growth Management Analyst – Customer Planning Position within Lindt USA Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function with hybrid work requiring three days per week in Stratham, NH. Responsible for sales forecasting, customer and promotion planning, competitive analysis, and data support for RGM initiatives. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Own and manage bottom‑up, consumption‑based customer plans for select customers, including base volume planning, promotion lift, and internal source of growth. Partner with Sales to develop promotional constructs, run and evaluate promotional scenarios, and support test‑and‑learn activities. Provide training and support to Sales Account Managers on promotional planning and change initiatives. Run post‑mortem analyses to derive insights for future planning and improve forecast accuracy. Maintain data arsenal of promotional details and KPIs for top customers. Create new modeling for ad‑hoc business cases, develop customer dashboards, and track seasonal sell‑thru and POS. Track and communicate customer risks, opportunities, and competitive/intelligence insights. Ensure TPM accuracy for accruals and monitor compliance with promotional guidelines. Perform monthly sales forecasting for largest customers, rolling 18‑month forecasts, and collaborate with Finance, Trade, and Planning teams. Represent Sales inputs, improve trade spend visibility, and integrate TPM into the forecast cycle. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in the CPG industry, preferably in RGM, Sales, or Commercial Finance. Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated analytics skills with ability to analyze multiple data sources, assess limitations, and recommend actions. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; results‑oriented with ownership of tasks. Confidence presenting and influencing across the organization and limited interaction with customers. Bachelor’s Degree required. Travel up to 20% required. Compensation Base salary range $89,459 – $116,301. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive may be included.
