Maintenance Technician

What You'll Be Working OnAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in keeping our manufacturing and production equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a hands on position for someone who enjoys troubleshooting problems, improving equipment, and finding solutions that last.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing and production equipmentDiagnosing electrical issues involving motors, sensors, controls, wiring, and electrical panelsTroubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, including conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulicsPerforming preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce downtime and prevent equipment failuresIdentifying recurring equipment issues and helping implement long-term corrective solutionsSupporting equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvementsResponding to equipment breakdowns and working efficiently to restore operationsMaintaining accurate maintenance records and documenting repairs and completed workFollowing established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) requirementsWorking closely with production, engineering, and other team members to improve equipment reliability and overall operationsWhat We're Looking ForWe’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who knows their way around manufacturing equipment and takes pride in keeping things running safely and reliably.Qualifications:Hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environmentStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience working with manufacturing machinery, controls, motors, sensors, and production equipmentWorking knowledge of conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics, and other industrial mechanical systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manualsExperience diagnosing equipment failures and identifying root causes—not just treating the symptomsUnderstanding of preventive maintenance practices and equipment reliabilityStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot independentlySafety-focused approach with an understanding of proper maintenance and lockout/tagout (LOTO) proceduresSelf-starter mentality—you recognize problems, take ownership, and work toward a solutionDependable, team-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with production and maintenance teamsSeveral years of relevant industrial maintenance experience preferredWe’re especially interested in someone who has built solid maintenance experience and is ready to bring those skills to a new challenge.About the AssessmentWe value what you can do, not just what’s written on your resume.
