The position is located in Westboro/Boston, Massachusetts (4 days in office per week).In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:Lead the client operations team by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, ensuring alignment with BNY's principles.Point of escalation for client operations team.Develop and implement strategies to enhance client service delivery, by leveraging industry best practices and innovative solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiencies, ensuring timely and accurate client reporting.Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and expertise. Liaison between clients and product/engineering teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity and risk management.To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.Typically 7-10 years of experience and 2-3 years of management experience.
