Job Title:SAP Program Manager
Location: Houston, TX / Remote
Duration: Full Time
Required Skill and Experience
- Experience, working with large IT ERP programs.
- Experience in SAP engagement and project management experience.
- Must have executed at least 2 end to end large SAP programs in Program manager roles.
- Hands on experience of end to end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4 HANA programs a big plus
- Hands on experience in handling global AMS / DevSecOps / ITIL based programs required
- Experience of having closely worked with C-Level and Client Delivery / Project Managers for success of overall engagement and delivery
- Should have led engagement planning and budgeting, manage engagement teams, define deliverable structure and content, facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client, direct on-time, and quality delivery of work products, manage engagement economics and manage engagement risk.
- Should have led business development and proposal response activities as anchor and with sales and value design teams for downstream revenue and new account generation.
- Designed and managed complex SoWs and contracts including change management
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Experience with Program governance set up and managing using KPIs
- Experience managing programs with combined SAP and non-SAP teams a big plus
- Experience with Agile/Devops and knowledge of CPG/Logistics industry a big plus
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification e.g. PMP and post-graduate degree are desired
