Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Onsite in Swedesboro, NJ, Logan Township, NJ, Paulsboro, NJ, Burlington, NJ or Robbinsville, NJ
Duration: 4+ months
Schedule: Any day of the week (Monday-Sunday), with assigned 8-hour shifts or 10 hour shifts scheduled within the operating window of 5:30 AM to 1:30 AM Eastern Standard Time (CST) .
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to provide technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, and maintain reliable IT operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laptop imaging, configuration, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot printers, hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Provide technical support for Windows 11 and Linux environments.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Follow IT procedures, maintain quality standards, and identify process improvements.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and collaborate with team members.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on IT experience, specifically troubleshooting
- Experience with laptop imaging, printer support, and basic networking.
- Proficiency in Windows 11 and Linux environments.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow SOPs independently and prioritize technical tasks.
- CompTIA A+ certification.
- Strong adaptability, accountability, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to share knowledge and suggest practical process improvements.
