Ziemek Dental Laboratory is a leading provider of high-quality dental restorations and solutions. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, innovative techniques, and building strong relationships with dental practices. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help expand our client base and grow our presence in the Katy, TX area.

Position Overview:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in acquiring new dental practice clients and guiding them through the onboarding process with support from our dedicated onboarding team. This is a results-driven role with significant earning potential through a competitive base salary and tiered commission structure.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new dental practice customers in Texas.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure smooth integration of new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
• Represent Ziemek Dental Laboratory at industry events and networking opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong dental background, preferably with experience as dental assistant or hygienist, with additional competencies in sales.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in dental, medical, or B2B industries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with dental industry terminology and practices preferred; prior experience as a dental assistant or dental hygienist a plus. 

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $60,000 per year.
• Tiered commission structure:
  • $250 per new customer for the first 20 customers
  • $500 per new customer for the next 20 customers
  • $750 per new customer after 40 customers
