What You'll Do
  • Prepare, sterilize, and store surgical instruments and supplies
  • Operate sterilizers and ultrasonic cleaning machines
  • Assist in maintaining infection control protocols
  • Support surgical teams by ensuring the availability of sterile instruments
  • Follow safety and quality assurance procedures
  • Document sterilization processes accurately and thoroughly
What You Need
Required:

  • CRCST or CSPDT certification
  • At least 3 years' experience in hospital sterile processing (Level I or II)
  • Knowledge of sterilizer, Sterrad, Ultrasonic CaviWave, Medisafe, Belimed equipment
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in surgical services and sterile processing environments
