Front Desk Receptionist

*Job Description*

* Be first to greet and assist customers and visitors.
* Phone support using current phone system and Support Portal.
* Check voicemails, answer phones and transfer calls to correct employee/department.
* Support visiting customer demo requirements, including conference room set ups and ordering / set up of lunch requirements.
* Maintain and order supplies for customer hospitality which will include stocking of beverages, and other associated items such as flatware, utensils, cups, condiments, etc.

* Previous experience doing front desk or phone support
* 1+ year of Call center experience is preferred
* Strong data entry/computer skills
* Comfortable with face to face interactions

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, IL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
