Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate personalized care plans for telemetry patients, making a real difference in their recovery
• Deliver high-quality nursing care while upholding the highest professional standards
• Supervise CNAs and other healthcare team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient unit

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN license required at submission
• BLS/CPR (AHA), ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Fully COVID vaccinated
• Current Staffing Agency's IL Nurse Agency Certificate
