Sales And Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to support both business development and marketing activity. You’ll help identify opportunities, communicate with prospective customers, support campaigns, and work with internal teams to turn marketing activity into meaningful business opportunities. This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, confident communicating with customers, and comfortable working across both sales and marketing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Identify and research potential customers and business opportunities Support lead generation and outreach activities Communicate with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs Follow up on leads, inquiries, meetings, and opportunities Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives Maintain accurate customer, prospect, and activity records Coordinate with marketing and sales teams on campaign and lead activityMonitor market trends, competitors, and customer activity Help track campaign and sales performance information Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal teams Support client meetings, promotional activities, and business development projects Maintain consistent messaging across sales and marketing communications Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and customer engagement processes Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, account management, customer engagement, or a related field preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident and professional approach to customer and prospect interactions Good organizational and time-management abilities Comfortable managing multiple leads, projects, and deadlines Strong attention to detail and follow-through Basic knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with sales and marketing teams Commercial awareness and interest in customer behavior and market activity We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants in accordance with applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
