Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, evaluate, and retain qualified staff; conduct performance reviews and recommend pay/advancement. Manage store opening/closing, staffing, and customer service to meet operational standards. Analyze sales, profitability, and expenses to identify trends and control costs. Order merchandise, monitor inventory levels, and ensure proper product presentation. Maintain accurate inventory and safeguard financial assets through cash handling and security procedures. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment. Follow policies, complete documentation, and promote team collaboration and communication. Qualifications & Skills Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and manage cash procedures. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and safety policies. Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience in retail management and hiring practices; high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual abilities may be preferred at some locations. Physical & Working Conditions Frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 55 pounds.
