ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Leisha Willis Insurance and Financial Services Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $37,440.00 - $54,080.00 per year

• Our office is located in Larchmont Village (Hancock Park).
• Our office is open Monday - Friday 9:00 -5 :30 pm. Evenings and weekends by appointment.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2013.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
• I am a proud graduate of Spelman College.
• We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
• We have 42 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Senior Vice President's Club
• Additional languages spoken: Spanish
