Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Sales experience or outbound call experience preferred. Competitive backgrounds (sports/etc) perform well in this role.
