$50,000 – $90,000+ performance based Responsibilities:

Develop client relationships and provide tailored financial strategies. Participate in structured coaching and mentorship programs. Attend hybrid meetings, including in-person team collaboration, as required. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and licensing requirements. Offer solutions in insurance, asset accumulation, and retirement planning. What You’ll Do: Learn how to identify and connect with individuals and families in your network Have goal-based conversations to understand client needs Help clients apply for customized life insurance coverage Receive step-by-step training in prospecting, client engagement, and closing Begin your journey toward becoming a registered advisor with our sponsorship Build long-term client relationships with our team’s guidance and mentorship

Qualifications:

Demonstrated leadership or a proven track record of success. Must be authorized to work in the US. Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
