Bilingual Patient Services Representative

This position involves delivering high-quality patient service in a healthcare setting, including greeting, registering, and scheduling patients, verifying insurance coverage, and managing patient flow to ensure timely care. The role requires proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual abilities in English/Spanish or English/Polish are preferred, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
