Contract | Full-Time | Nights (1800–0630) | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Float to ICU as needed to support departmental staffing requirements
• Document patient care activities accurately using basic computer systems

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of California
• Minimum of one year of RN experience within the last 24 months
• Acute critical care experience within the last 12 months, or EMT/ED Tech experience with a minimum of 2 years in good standing
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Emergency Room and ICU clinical experience strongly preferred
• MICN certification (desired; must be completed within one year of hire if not already obtained)
• NRP, TNCC, and/or CEN certification encouraged and recommended
