Dietary Cook – Part-Time Location: Pinehurst, NC The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a dependable and motivated Dietary Cook to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing nutritious, high-quality meals while supporting a safe, clean, and welcoming dining experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities Prepare meals and snacks in accordance with physician orders and dietary guidelines Assist with meal service and support residents during dining times as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas Work in the dish room as needed and ensure proper cleaning of equipment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards Support the dietary team to ensure timely and efficient meal service Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in quantity or large-scale food preparation preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Skills & Abilities Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality Organized and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient when working with residents Why Join Us The Greens at Pinehurst is a team-oriented, resident-focused facility dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive and positive work environment.
