Strategic Security Services TX LLC is seeking a professional Level III Commissioned Security Officer to conduct proactive vehicle patrols within a residential community in Bastrop, Texas .

This is a dedicated patrol assignment focused on maintaining a visible security presence, deterring criminal activity, documenting observations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Schedule:

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (1500–2300 Hours)
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Preferred Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday (Subject to operational needs.)

Primary Duties:

• Conduct proactive vehicle patrols throughout the community.
• Monitor common areas, amenities, and neighborhood streets.
• Observe, document, and report suspicious activity, property conditions, and incidents.
• Complete electronic patrol reports and activity logs.
• Assist residents with non-emergency concerns.
• Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency services when appropriate.

A company patrol vehicle is provided and remains on-site. Officers report directly to the assigned property at the beginning of each shift. Officers are also issued an ECHO911 digital radio and operate with the support of our 24/7 communications center , providing direct contact with dispatch throughout their shift.

• Must possess a valid Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License.
• Must maintain a valid Texas Driver License.
• Must have a clean driving record for the past five (5) years.
• Must qualify to operate a company patrol vehicle under company insurance.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Must successfully pass a criminal background investigation.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient with smartphones and mobile reporting applications.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Must successfully complete all required company training prior to assignment.
