Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings as needed
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition to the nurse
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to pass a background check
• Previous home care experience is preferred but not required
