Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a HR Benefits Specialist to join our client in a role that supports key business operations and contributes to important organizational initiatives. This Hybrid, temporary opportunity located in Langhorne, PA offers the chance to play an important role in employee support programs, regulatory compliance efforts, and workplace accommodations. The position works closely with internal stakeholders to help ensure a positive employee experience while managing complex benefit and leave related processes. Candidates who excel at problem solving, navigating employment regulations, and delivering employee focused solutions will be well positioned for success.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, normal business hours

Key Responsibilities of the HR Benefits Specialist:

• Oversee employee leave programs from initiation through resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
• Coordinate benefits administration activities, including enrollment periods, employee communications, and ongoing program support.
• Guide employees and management through workplace accommodation processes and related documentation requirements.
• Analyze employee relations matters involving leave, benefits, and policy interpretation to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
• Maintain accurate records, support compliance initiatives, and collaborate with cross functional teams on a variety of human resources functions.

Qualifications and Skills for the HR Benefits Specialist:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting workplace accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), with demonstrated knowledge of related processes and requirements.
• Strong understanding of leave administration practices and employee benefit programs.
• Knowledge of employment laws across multiple states with the ability to apply requirements appropriately in various situations.
• Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex employee matters and determine effective solutions.
• Experience working in a human resources environment with strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities.
