We’re hiring a Procurement Specialist at our Corporate Headquarters in KansasCity, MO and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction. This role is responsible for gathering procurement requirements from internal stakeholders, forecasting demand, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate procurement of telematics and electronic components. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organized, and has experience working with ERP/WMS systems – preferably Microsoft Dynamics365 Advanced Warehouse Management. Primary Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to gather procurement requirements and support demand forecasting Create, issue, and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement of materials and components Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order status, delivery schedules, and product availability Support new product setup and item master data management within ERP/WMS systems Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and supporting replenishment planning Resolve supplier and receiving issues, including: Shipment discrepancies Damaged or incomplete deliveries Vendor returns and RMAs Ensure accurate documentation and system updates related to purchasing, receiving, and returns Partner with warehouse, operations, and accounting teams to ensure smooth procurement workflows Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor data, and pricing information Identify and escalate supply‑chain risks or delays to appropriate stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement efficiency and inventory accuracy Other functions as assigned in support of the organizational objectives Why EquipmentShare?
