Warehouse Worker

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a food bank in Nazareth, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Picker to join their team! This is a temperature-controlled (cold storage) environment offering steady work and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced operation.


Warehouse Picker Job Summary:

• Pay: $19.63/hr
• Shifts Available:
  • 1st Shift: 6:30am-3:00pm (Mon-Fri)
• Receive and unload deliveries, inspecting products for quality and accuracy
• Organize, label, and store inventory while maintaining proper rotation
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy
• Monitor temperature levels and report any discrepancies
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards within the facility
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals

Warehouse Worker Qualifications:

• MUST have electric pallet jack experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse or cold storage experience is a plus
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 40-50 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods
• Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures and regulations
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
