We are seeking a professional office Meet and Greet person to work in our 55+ community at Crystal Lakes.
This person would be responsible for:
- Greeting our residents and visitors
- Directing residents and visitors to the appropriate person
- Collecting association fees from residents
- Printing out purchase/rental applications
- Filing documents in the proper folders in the cabinet
- Saving files in the proper folders on the computer
- Scanning and emailing necessary information our Management Company
- Collecting mail from the mailbox
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge/Experience in Microsoft office
- Knowledge/Experience in Gmail
- Knowledge/Experience answering phone calls. , and. When applications come in that person will be. Collecting mail from the mailboxes is also part of the job.
This position will be a part-time position working 9 hours per week, Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays mornings from 9-12. The pay rate will be $20/hr. No benefits included.
